How quickly do you usually get orders out the door, and how long does it typically take for a customer to receive their jewellery after ordering?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, most Australian orders are expected to arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and Australia Post service. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as their order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping costs for different order sizes or delivery speeds, and do you offer free shipping for bigger orders?
We offer Standard Shipping for $9.95 and Express Shipping for $14.95 Australia-wide. Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and tracking is provided with every order.

What's your policy if someone isn't completely happy with their jewellery or needs a different size or style?
We want you to love your Lunar Essence Jewels purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it or provide a full refund at no extra cost.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
